A 2 bedrooms  apartment very well furnished, inside the “Fonte do Cabo” condominium (in town centre),  located on a third floor, with an elevator, at just 80 meters from South Beach, just a small walk away from the supermarket, banks, NTM machines, take away, restaurants and several other facilities.   It has:  2- bedrooms:  1- with a couple bed and a fitness treadmill.  1- with a sofa-bed and a single bed.  1- fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, washer machine, Nespresso coffee machine, cooker with ceramic hob, fridge, ark for frozen foods, toaster, iron and ironing board.  1- Living room with table and chairs, armchairs and cable TV.   It also includes a big balcony with table, chairs and parasol.

Tourist Tax: According to a Portuguese law (Decreto Lei Nº 433/82 Artigo 11º) that will begin its effect in 2019, all guests over 13 years will be charged a tourist tax of: From 1/5 to 31/10 = 2 € From 1/11 to 30/4 = 1 € Per person for each night up to 7 nights (to a maximum of 7€ or 14€). This tax must be paid cash in check-in.
