Prices listed are for 2 persons and each other guest costs an extra 5€ per day up to 4 guests.
Tourist Tax: According to a Portuguese law (Decreto Lei Nº 433/82 Artigo 11º) that will begin its effect in 2019, all guests over 13 years will be charged a tourist tax of: From 1/5 to 31/10 = 2 € From 1/11 to 30/4 = 1 € Per person for each night up to 7 nights (to a maximum of 7€ or 14€). This tax must be paid in cash at check-in.

“Loved our stay at Casa de Baixo. Communication with Rui was excellent and Berta and Domingo who look after the house were really helpful and had the place spotless. Everything you need for a base to explore Ericeira is there including fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms with plenty of room for 4 people. We had wifi and two levels of veranda with the most amazing sea views. Outdoor barbecue area where we cooked fresh fish straight off the boats. You fall asleep each night listening to nothing but the sound of the sea. Sao Sebastiao shopping centre is only 10 walk away and the central square in Ericeira is only 10 minutes walk the other way. Good big parking lot nearby too and fab restaurants such as Ti Matilde and Tik Tak are all within 300 metres or so. Great for families who want a peaceful base not too far away from the action. We'll definitely be considering coming back. ”

This apartment has to have the best view of the ocean in Ericeira from the upper balcony overlooking Praia Nord. 180 degree view and gentle sound of the waves from lounge and bedroom which over look the sea, small lower balcony, but the upper balcony is the star of this apartment. Well furnished and equipped, homely traditional style. Front door has to be one of the closest to the zig-zag ramp down to the beach. Parts of Ericeira are up steep hills, this is on the cliff top on a level with the rest of the town, in a traditional part of the town with many locals as neighbours. 2 mins from man road and bus station, 5 minute wander in through the cobbled streets to the town. Ericeira is quite during the week mainly older Portuguese, very little English heard fairly unspoilt, plenty of places to eat. Busier at weekend when people come from Lisbon. Slightly windy and temperatures lower than Lisbon.

We had lovely time in Rui's appartment. It was clean and had everything we needed. Two sea view terraces were just lovely and private. Views were just great. Beach and the town centre are very close and even the big shops are in walking distance. Everything went smoothly with Rui and he was very helpful with everything. Even let us stay few extra hours on day we were leaving as our flight was late in the evening. Ericeira is very nice town to spend holiday and Rui's flat is perfect for relaxing. Would definitely recommend Ericeira and Rui's flat for anyone. It is great for the kids too and our daughter loved it. As did we.

Vi bodde hos Rui i fyra nätter och kan inte vara mer än nöjda. Allting var verkligen över förväntan, vi upplevde till och med att bilderna inte gav lägenheten rättvisa för hur fin den verkligen var. Allting gick otroligt smidigt och vi kände oss välkomna. Lägenheten ligger helt perfekt, mitt i mysiga Ericeira med vacker havsutsikt.

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in der Wohnung! Sie ist optimal für 4 Personen oder eine Familie mit 2 Kindern. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht um einen tollen Urlaub zu haben! Besonders die zwei Dachterrassen haben uns super gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit Rui hat gut funktioniert... Also alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert! ------------------------------------------------------------------- We had a great time in the apartment! It is ideal for 4 persons or a family with 2 children. It's all that you need to have a great holiday! Especially the two roof terraces have we really enjoyed it. Communication with Rui worked well ... So all in all highly recommended!

Nice,clean and well kept place close to the beaches and resturants in old town. Close to the bus station too.No traffic or other disturbing noise, just the sound of the waves to fall asleep to. Lovely sun terrace overlooking the ocean. Berta was nice and met us at the bus stop. She speaks no english but we managed to comunicate anyway. Good kitchen with all you need but no basics like salt, oil etc so we ended up bying that ourselves.
