My place is a traditional house in Ericeira's historical center, in front of the beach (Praia do Norte) and in a walking distance from other beaches and from the best surf spots. It's close from nightlife but in a quiet street. The sea view can be enjoyed from the terrace or from inside home. There are three double bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom, all with windows. For babies, we can provide a bed. Price is for 4 people. For each extra person there is an extra payment which value depends on the month. This is a perfect choice for couples, families with children and surf lovers. Ideal or up to 6 people
Tourist Tax: According to a Portuguese law (Decreto Lei Nº 433/82 Artigo 11º) that will begin its effect in 2019, all guests over 13 years will be charged a tourist tax of: From 1/5 to 31/10 = 2 € From 1/11 to 30/4 = 1 € Per person for each night up to 7 nights (to a maximum of 7€ or 14€). This tax must be paid cash in check-in.

By John NicholasAmazing place, terrace bigger than it looks. Epic views. We had two cloudy days and two sunny days. Sunny days were beach and terrace, cloudy days sitting in the cosy living room. All days just staring out at the wild atlantic, bliss! Oh, and the view from the loo is the best ever!

Rui's flat is very charming and the location is great - near everything you need, but slightly out of the bustle with an incredible view of the ocean. It was great to be able to cook our some of own meals and the kitchen was well equipped. Rui is a good communicator and an excellent host. He provided us with an extra set of keys and gas for the heater within hours of us asking for them.
