My place is a traditional house in Ericeira's historical center, in front of the beach (Praia do Norte) and in a walking distance from other beaches and from the best surf spots. It's close from nightlife but in a quiet street. The sea view can be enjoyed from the terrace or from inside home. There are three double bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom, all with windows. For babies, we can provide a bed. Price is for 4 people. For each extra person there is an extra payment which value depends on the month. This is a perfect choice for couples, families with children and surf lovers. Ideal or up to 6 people
Tourist Tax: According to a Portuguese law (Decreto Lei Nº 433/82 Artigo 11º) that will begin its effect in 2019, all guests over 13 years will be charged a tourist tax of: From 1/5 to 31/10 = 2 € From 1/11 to 30/4 = 1 € Per person for each night up to 7 nights (to a maximum of 7€ or 14€). This tax must be paid cash in check-in.

Beautiful views and an easy walk to the beach and center of town. Perfect accommodations for our family with 2 young kids. We loved Ericeira and Rui's home for its authentic Portuguese coastal vibe.

We (group of 4 friends) had a great time in this lovely house! The view from the terrace is stunning, all the furniture and kitchen equipment you can wish for is there, restaurants and cafes are close, communication with our host was uncomplicated, the welcome was very friendly - I can highly recommend to stay here when visiting Ericeira!

Das Haus ist super niedlich und hat eine tolle Lage direkt über dem Strand und in der malerischen Altstadt, wobei die Terrasse der absolute Traum ist. Die Kommunikation vorher und vor Ort hat toll geklappt. Vielen Dank für die wunderschönen Tage in Ericeira!

Das Häuschen ist ruhig und doch zentral gelegen, ein gut sortierter Supermarkt, mehrere Bäcker und die Markthalle sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Ebenso zwei Strände direkt vor der Tür. Die Terasse ist wirklich fantastisch. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Fijn en compleet huis bij het centrum van Ericeira.Geweldig uitzicht! Goede communicatie met Rui. Strand, surfschool, restaurantjes en winkeltjes op loopafstand. Zeker een aanrader!
