This house is located in Baleia about 2 kilometres from São Julião beach and 5 kilometres from Ericeira.
It’s equipped with a stove, freezer with cold storage, micro-wave, CD player with radio, a little library with diverse literature in several languages and a TV set with the national channels.
The house also has a small terrace with chairs suited to enjoy the sun.
We have an elliptic bike that we usually put on the grass when the weather is good.
We have showers in the lawn, nets to rest and for the children a little home, a kitchen, one slide, a swing set and several toys. We accept pets although there’s no doghouse which means that the animals should sleep within the house. We also have a little nice dog and a cat already on the premises.
It has two rooms: one has a double bed and the other three single beds, living room / kitchenette, and bathroom. It’s a little farm with plenty of space and a good garden with a barbecue set.
This farm has another house where I live with my wife and my two children (7 and 2 years old) which means that there has to be a pleasant conviviality between us and our guests.
We like to share our space an make new friends which is always a plus for anyone visiting.
We speak English and French and are always available to help and inform if necessary.
Tourist Tax: According to a Portuguese law (Decreto Lei Nº 433/82 Artigo 11º) that will begin its effect in 2019, all guests over 13 years will be charged a tourist tax of: From 1/5 to 31/10 = 2 € From 1/11 to 30/4 = 1 € Per person for each night up to 7 nights (to a maximum of 7€ or 14€). This tax must be paid cash in check-in.

By Pier“We had a great time in the house!!! The house is next to the house of the owners with a big garden and a huge barbecue area. The owners are great! They organised a barbecue with fish caught by the owner himself. Never experienced such a warm stay before. The owners are so nice and an example for all the people of Portugal. The house is near a lovely beach and a few restaurants, so all you need nearby.”
