Villa en alquiler para vacaciones, con vistas al mar, cerca de las mejores olas de surf y lejos del bullicio nocturno en una zona muy tranquila. Es una casa muy acogedora y perfecta para 4/5 personas. La villa tiene dos habitaciones, con una cama doble, con televisión. Cada habitación tiene una cama individual (extra). Cocina totalmente equipada con lavadora y lavavajillas, estufa, microondas, nevera, cafetera, tetera, tostadora, cubertería, etc. Baño con ducha y 1 aseo. Sala de estar con sofás, chimenea, mesa de comedor, TV, Internet de alta fidelidad. Aire acondicionado Exterior: terraza con mesa, sillas, sombrilla y barbacoa. El precio es para 3 personas. La quarta y quinta persona tiene una tarifa adicional de 10 €/noche.
Impuesto turístico: Según una ley portuguesa (Decreto Lei Nº 433/82 Artigo 11º) que comenzará su vigencia en 2019, a todos los huéspedes mayores de 13 años se les cobrará un impuesto turístico: Del 1/5 al 31/10 = 2 € Del 1/11 al 30/4 = 1 € por persona por cada noche hasta 7 noches (hasta un máximo de de 7 € o 14 €). Esta tasa deberá ser pagada en efectivo en la entrega de las llaves.

“This place is awesome! we stayed there for 4 nights and we enjoy every moment. the house is huge. the kitchen has lots of space and every utility you need to make yourself the perfect meal. Maria, which manages the house and lives upstairs, and her husband are wonderful people. very helping and caring. the house is decorated in a very stylish way which makes the living very comfort and fun. “Nice apartment with everything necessary and more :) Ocean view from the terrace, supermarket and cafes really close. A lot of surfing spots and rentals in a walking distance. Maria and Rui are excellent hospitable hosts! (ask for local tips ;)) Great stay!”
