Villa à louer pour les vacances, avec vue sur la mer, à proximité des meilleurs sopts de surf et loin de l'agitation nocturne dans un quartier très calme. C'est une maison très confortable et parfaite pour 4/5 personnes. La villa dispose de deux chambres, avec un lit double, avec télévision. Chaque chambre a un lit simple (en sus). Cuisine entièrement équipée avec lave-linge et lave-vaisselle, cuisinière, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur, machine à café, bouilloire, grille-pain, couverts, etc. Salle de bain avec douche et 1 WC. Séjour avec canapés, cheminée, table à manger, TV, internet Hi-fi. La climatisation. Extérieur: Terrasse avec table, chaises, parasol et barbecue Le prix est pour 4 personnes. Les 4ème et 5ème personnes ont un supplément de 10 €/nuit.
Taxe de séjour: Décret-loi n ° 433/82, article 11º. Du 1/5 au 31/10 = 2 € Du 1/11 au 30/4 = 1 € Par personne / par nuit et jusqu'à 7 nuits. Les enfants de moins de 13 ans sont exemptés.

“This place is awesome! we stayed there for 4 nights and we enjoy every moment. the house is huge. the kitchen has lots of space and every utility you need to make yourself the perfect meal. Maria, which manages the house and lives upstairs, and her husband are wonderful people. very helping and caring. the house is decorated in a very stylish way which makes the living very comfort and fun. “Nice apartment with everything necessary and more :) Ocean view from the terrace, supermarket and cafes really close. A lot of surfing spots and rentals in a walking distance. Maria and Rui are excellent hospitable hosts! (ask for local tips ;)) Great stay!”
