A casa tem um quarto com cama de casal Sala e cozinha juntos. Tem um quintal comum. A cozinha tem tudo para se servir, micro-ondas, torradeira, varinha magica, loiças, talheres, etc... Está incluído roupa de cama e atoalhados. Tem disponível Internet por wi-fi. A casa fica num local sossegado sempre com lugares para estacionar, a cerca de 100 metros pode encontrar o centro comercial Galarias do Atlântico, banco, e variadas lojas, restauração,ETC... A cerca de 100 metros tem a praia são Sebastião, a praia do norte também conhecida como praia do algodio fica a 200 metros , a praia dos pescadores fica a cerca de 400 metros e a ribeira d´ilhas fica aproximadamente 1500 metros.

Zu der Wohnung gibt es eigentlich nicht viel zu schreiben, außer top Lage, sauber, Rui hat sehr schnell geantwortet und gute Tipps geben, unter anderem über eine gute Surfschule etc. Immer wieder gerne👍🏾” ------------------------------ "This was my first time in Ericiera and I was very excited. To the apartment there is not much to write, except top location, clean, Rui has very quickly responded and give good advice, including a good surfing school etc. Always happy'👍🏾

“Superbe petite maison à 100 mètres de la plage. Proche de la vieille ville et a 15min à pied du marché municipal. Le logement est incroyablement bien fourni et les hôtes très réactifs. La petite terrasse partagée est très agréable pour faire une barbecue. Je recommande fortement ce logement.”
