The house has one bedroom with double bed Living-room (with a small sofa)and kitchen together. It has a common yard. The kitchen has everything to serve, microwave, toaster, blender , crockery , cutlery, etc ... Bedding and towels are included. There is internet wi -fi connexion. The house is in a quiet place with parking area. At about 100 meters you can find the shopping center "Galerias do Atlantico" the bank, various shops , restaurants, ETC ... The are two beaches near by: 100 meters is the beach "Sao Sebastiao", and "Algodio beach" at about 200 meters. The beach of the fishermen is approximately 400 meters far and "Ribeira D' Ilhas" the best surfing spot is 1500 meters far from the house.
Tourist Tax: According to a Portuguese law (Decreto Lei Nº 433/82 Artigo 11º) that will begin its effect in 2019, all guests over 13 years will be charged a tourist tax of: From 1/5 to 31/10 = 2 € From 1/11 to 30/4 = 1 € Per person for each night up to 7 nights (to a maximum of 7€ or 14€). This tax must be paid cash in check-in.

We had a very nice stay in Ericeira at the apartment and are very happy. The beach was just 5 minutes away and Ericeira center was approx. 10 minutes away. The apartment was very nice and had a fully equipped kitchen and a barbecue just outside that we could use. This apartment is perfect for 2 people and has a great location if you for example want to explore the other surf beaches - since there is a bus stop litterally just outside!

Nous avons passé un super séjour à Ericeira! Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Paulo et Camilla et le logement était propre agréable et très bien situé dans le joli quartier authentique des pêcheurs! Une belle immersion portugaise avec des voisins tres sympathiques et tout aussi acceuillants lorsqu'on a envie de s'écarter des lieux fréquentés des touristes... Merci à Paulo et Camilla! Arrived at the apartment, someone was there to greet us with the keys, then popped by to make sure everything was ok with internet and everything. I was unwell and they offered to take me to hospital late at night which was so kind. The apartment is a little smaller than we expected but very clean. not very private but that didn't bother us at all,close to the beach and surf. Ericeira is a cool little town, we had a great time!

Un apartamento muy comodo y muy bien situado en una zona tranquila entre la Playa de ribeira de ilhas y praia de los pescadore. Un trato impecable! Paulo nos atendio de lujo, nos dio un deshumificador y un calentador ya que nos pillo un tiempo de mucha borrasca. La entrada tiene una zona de pasillo largo de la comunidad que lo hace muy acogedor.

Wszystko bylo doskonałe. Mieszkanie położone jedną przecznicę od oceanu, czyste z małym dziedzińcem ze stolikiem i grillem. Nie miałem przyjemności spotkać się z Rui, ale jego kuzyn Paulo i jego żona mieszkający obok to przemili i pomocni we wszystkim ludzie. Bardzo dziękujemy za udany pobyt.
