The House has an area of 60 m2, one double bedroom, one room with bunk bed, a bathroom with shower, kitchen with fridge and freezer, stove and gas oven, electric water heater and a Nespresso coffee machine.
Living room with cable tv and wi-fi all over the house.
Terrace with barbecue.
Extras: washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, clothes dryer, vacuum cleaner, bed linen, towels, dishcloths.
Location of the house: the house is located at Foz do Lizandro. It has a great view over the river, mountains and the sea.
Activities: Surf (lessons), stand up paddle on the river, tours of the Sierra. Bars and restaurants are available along the beach at a distance of about 300 m.
Places to visit: about 2, 5 km from Ericeira, 10 km from Mafra, 18 km from Sintra and 40 km from Lisbon.
Cleanings during stay can be arranged for the price of 8 euros an hour.
Also for a value of EUR 10 per person some basic grocery needs can be bought for the day of arrival, as for example:
milk, yogurt, bread, cheese, ham, butter, water, juice, coffee, tea, fruit, biscuits etc.
Warning: smoking is not allowed inside the house and animals are not allowed.
Tourist Tax: According to a Portuguese law (Decreto Lei Nº 433/82 Artigo 11º) that will begin its effect in 2019, all guests over 13 years will be charged a tourist tax of: From 1/5 to 31/10 = 2 € From 1/11 to 30/4 = 1 € Per person for each night up to 7 nights (to a maximum of 7€ or 14€). This tax must be paid cash in check-in.

Location was perfect. Walking distance to an excellent beach with all facilities. Surfers paradise with 5 day board rental for €60 from Na Onda-swap between surf, skate, skim or paddle boards to drift up the river in front of the beach house. 40min walk into Ericeira which was great for restaurants and harbour sunset drinks. The beach house is bigger than it looks on the photos and very well equipped for cooking and for coming in from the beach (hosepipe etc) Spotlessly clean.

Very delicate and well equipped apartment directly on the great beach of Foz Du Lizandro. Spacious and beds were a dream to sleep in. Large bathroom with both a washing machine and hair dryer. Kitchen had everything you need. We would definitely come back!

El alojamiento es sencillo y decorado con buen gusto, todo nuevo. La cocina perfectamente equipada,la terraza/porche con bonitas vistas, la barbacoa estupenda y el resto de la casa perfecto. La ubicación es ideal, en plena Foz, preciosa playa y a tan sólo 3 km del centro del pueblo. Localizacion Ideal para visitar Lisboa, Sintra y Mafra. Rui atento y Maria João, muy amable y pendiente de todo. Lo recomiendo al 100%.
