The House has an area of 60 m2, one double bedroom, one room with bunk bed, a bathroom with shower, kitchen with fridge and freezer, stove and gas oven, electric water heater and a Nespresso coffee machine.
Living room with cable tv and wi-fi all over the house.
Terrace with barbecue.
Extras: washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, clothes dryer, vacuum cleaner, bed linen, towels, dishcloths.
Location of the house: the house is located at Foz do Lizandro. It has a great view over the river, mountains and the sea.
Activities: Surf (lessons), stand up paddle on the river, tours of the Sierra. Bars and restaurants are available along the beach at a distance of about 300 m.
Places to visit: about 2, 5 km from Ericeira, 10 km from Mafra, 18 km from Sintra and 40 km from Lisbon.
Cleanings during stay can be arranged for the price of 8 euros an hour.
Also for a value of EUR 10 per person some basic grocery needs can be bought for the day of arrival, as for example:
milk, yogurt, bread, cheese, ham, butter, water, juice, coffee, tea, fruit, biscuits etc.
Warning: smoking is not allowed inside the house and animals are not allowed.
Tourist Tax: According to a Portuguese law (Decreto Lei Nº 433/82 Artigo 11º) that will begin its effect in 2019, all guests over 13 years will be charged a tourist tax of: From 1/5 to 31/10 = 2 € From 1/11 to 30/4 = 1 € Per person for each night up to 7 nights (to a maximum of 7€ or 14€). This tax must be paid cash in check-in.

By Thies“I spent 7 nights at Rui's. The wonderful hospitality started right after the booking confirmation. He was always available for any questions and responded in MAX. an hour. Arrived at the beautiful apartment, located in a pittoresque nabourhood his friend did the check-in by showing us around. The apartment has everything you need and it's just like as pictured and described. Even when it got freezing cold in the apartment as there's no heater, Rui and his friend made it possible in minutes to find a comfortable solution. His friend brought us blankets and an electronic heater. Supermarkets are a 10 Minute drive away in Ericeira, restaurants, cafés and a surfboard rental right at the beach. It's calm at night. All in all we spent a wonderful time there. Be quick because we're already thinking about coming back as soon as possible ;-).”

It's really a nice place to stay. Clean and everything you need. And the contact persons were very friendly. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. We will come back!

N'hésitez pas, vous ne serez pas déçus. La maison est tres agreable avec tout le confort nécessaire. Catarina a pensé à tout ! L'emplacement est idéal : proche de Lisbonne et des alentours pour se retrouver le soir au calme face à la rivière et l'océan. Superbes couchers de soleil garantis depuis la terrasse..

We were 3 friends coming for a surf trip, we spent very good time in this house. It is ideally situated at less than 5 minutes away of Fos do Lizandro beach by foot. And very close to Ericeira's WSR surf spots. From the south-oriented terrasse we could enjoy the view to the landscape, and the sunsets over the sea. The house is convenient and well equiped with taste. Especially the kitchen where you can find whatever you need to cook. And there is also a barbecue. In addition, Rui Arsenio, the people that welcome us and the neighbours we met were really nice. To sum up, great place for great holidays, I highly recommend this place !
